A real estate transaction is a huge life event for most people. Whether you’re moving halfway up the block or halfway across the country, a move is not just a task, but a signal of moving forward in life.
Most people have years between moves, and it is important to know that, when the time comes to make big choices, you have a trusted advisor and advocate on your side. Kaciana understands that real estate is about more than contracts and keys. She takes your unique goals seriously and focuses her full attention on meeting those goals.
Who is Kaciana Champlin? She is a third generation real estate agent, born and raised in Battle Creek, with ten years of experience in the area. She has assisted over 590 families in real estate transactions, resulting in over 91 million in real estate sold. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
Kaciana was named to REALTOR Magazine's top “30 Under 30” agents in the United States in 2021. She was previously named Battle Creek Area Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year and has published real estate articles in Battle Creek Enquirer and the Western Michigan University Financial Report.
The only number that truly matters to Kaciana is 100% satisfaction, but she knows that that may not be the only number considered when choosing an agent. In the last year, the average agent in the Battle Creek Area Association of Realtors sold less than seven homes. That same year, Kaciana helped over 75 families or individuals move forward with their lives. On average, her listings sell in half the time than a home listed by the average member of the association.
Of the 1,792 homes that came on the market last year, 225 failed to sell. That gives Battle Creek an average success rate of 87%. Before listing a home, Kaciana makes sure that goals are thoroughly discussed and market data is clearly understood. In the last nine years, every seller that listed with her sold successfully.
Real estate is Kaciana’s primary passion, but she also spends time as a “dog mom”, an ice hockey player and ultimate frisbee player, a board game player, and a real estate investor.
